And then some more snow arrived...

After two days of basically staying indoors with this cold I decided to brave the cold and clear the snow off the kayak tent. Jan was doing a lot of heavier clearing around the houses.
First I brushed about 20 cm (8") of snow off the roof of the tent, then I cleared it away from the two sides, where it was leaning in on the material.  I must say that being out in the cold (-8°C) does wonders for clearing the nose and tubes. So that felt good. However, when I got inside I was completely exhausted and laid down for a couple of hours!

Some years we get to Christmas before the snow comes so having big snow and safely minus temperatures this early in the winter feels great.
