Lingonberry jam

You’ll recall I pointlessly dragged Mr Pandammonium to IKEA recently. Well, I refused to leave empty-handed, so I bought some lingonberry jam and some cloudberry jam. I’ve never seen either in any other shop, and the lingonberry jam would go well the next time I made Swedish not-meatballs.

I made them today. The lingonberry jam was nice – the berries were like sweet redcurrants – very fruity.

After the meatballs, we had malt loaf, which I’ve recently discovered, to my delight, is labelled vegan, with Flora Plant Butter, the best plant butter in my opinion, and more lingonberry jam to tie the two courses together.

I’m not sure where I’ll get my next jar from.
