Brief Encounter

We headed up to the Bus Station after breakfast and bumped into R. She was en route to the airport for a flight down to Bristol where the company she works for is based. It was a lovely surprise to see her. 

Our wait at the bus station turned into a far from brief encounter. We were due to leave at 11 10 but didn't get on the bus and away until 12 20.  The most frustrating aspect was lack of information - the social media team tried to help but couldn't find out what was happening  and even the bus driver wasn't sure what was causing the delay or how long it would take to resolve. 

We got home to find heating off - external pipe which outflow from boiler goes had frozen. T managed to defrost it and get heating back on.  House is now slowly warming up ! 

I went for a training walk with V - however we didn't power walk as there were icy sections. It was good to get out and stretch legs
