Rain!

Some welcome rain showers this afternoon. We really need it! This will hopefully make weeding a bit easier tomorrow. I debated upon this shot or the one at the back of the house at the same time, of the rainbow. Decided on this as I liked the light and all the rain drops.

Lovely morning at the village plant sale. Was offered help home with all my purchases, but declined as my motto is 'have bike will travel'. To that my friends lovely Mum told me that she had heard that all a girl needs is 'a sewing machine, bicycle and be able to play the piano'. Emmmm totally agree with the first two and would like to be able to do the third. Thought this was a lovely saying.
