Tiger, tiger!

I went for a little walk round the block, and came across the tiger on someone's gate post, next to several boxes of DVDs that I assume were there for the taking.

Then I saw the autumnal postbox topper. 

The sun was out for some of the time and the snow is gradually melting away. Tomorrow we're expecting rain. I'd rather have the dry cold, I think.
