Leftovers

Temperature today 13C! After last night’s black ice it is hard to believe. It certainly felt warm.

We are lucky to have some cheese left from our meal on Saturday.
These four are some of my favourite.

Clockwise,
Fountains Gold Cheddar from Wensleydale Creamery.
The award winning Harrogate Blue made on the farm just above Thirsk, Yorkshire, by Shepherds Purse.
Délice de Bourgogne, from Burgundy.
Lastly Langres a cow’s milk cheese from the town of the same name in Champagne Ardenne. We stayed here a couple of times on the way to Provence.
The biscuits are seeded sourdough flatbreads, and oaty red pepper and pumpkin seeds.
Certainly looking forward to having them at the end of our meal tonight.

Forgot the joke!
