It's beginning to look a lot like.......

We cancelled a planned walk this morning because of our colds, and are both coughing heartily.  However, I suspect we've peaked so we should be OK by the time W's sister arrives on Friday to join us for Christmas.  I took the chance to go through all the planned food for the Christmas period and put a shopping list together for later in the week.

Although I enjoy trying all sorts of new things when I'm cooking, when it comes to Christmas we pretty much stick to tradition.  Our copy of 'Delia' is well thumbed and contains inside the front cover various favourite recipes we've cut out of newspapers or printed from websites over the years.
