Skools Out

Last day of summer term and for many businesses, a good reason to hold a summer fest for their employees before they close for 3 weeks. The photo cannot pass on the loud pop music coming from a band doing a soundcheck in the tent which has just been erected for the weekend.

The afternoon storm clouds have been part of our summer here in Bavaria. Seems to almost have been daily, but probably actually about weekly. Short & luckily not dangerous (unlike last year on 26th July), they have ensured the grass has remained green, the gardens colourful and the agricultural crops good.
