Knickerbocker Glory, Lucas

We don't do this after every run!  Douglas thought a knickerbocker glory at Lucas in Morningside would be just the treat after our run today!

We had vaccines for our Egypt trip.  The travel clinic is centralised at the Western General now instead of being done by local health centres.  The walk did me good after all that ice-cream!

In the evening we headed to the Cameo to see the Iranian film "Hit the Road".  It's the tale of an Iranian family's journey across their country. The hyperactive young son often steals the show.
