Ball

Yesterday we lost the blue ball when it bobbled up through the space between the bars of a bridge and into the churning waters of the Nort Esk. Thankfully Django didn't get far in trying to go in after it!

So, since I forgot to pick up another ball - and I think we're down to useless found tennis balls - today Django demanded sticks. This one didn't last long, although quite why he chews them I don't know.

Otherwise, I had a nice chat with L at lunchtime. She's happier in her eco-retreat in Costa Rica now that (1) her "ME fog" is lifting; (2) the rainy season is properly over so she can relax when she sleeps in her tent (3) she's working in the library rather than serving in the juice bar. She does realise how lucky she is not to be living through the Scottish winter!
