Three sheets to the wind?

The sun was shining this morning so I went for a walk around the village.  The pillar box has aquired a yarn bombed topper which is lovely.  I think that the characters on the top must have been hitting the bottle as they're leaning at a tipsy looking angle.

Perhaps Father Christmas has been distributing gifts a few days early?
