Not my day

We took Len's hacked laptop and my old iMac to Curry's for tech disposal, then Len drove off to what should have been my new hairdresser for a much needed cut and blow dry. The salon was dark. A note on the door said that Steve was ill. Not sure that I shall book there again.

On to Gill and Geoffrey's to leave a card and present but they seem to be away. Had to leave the card and present in their 'garage.'

We thought we'd go to Dobbie's at Rothley for tea and cake but Santa was entertaining children and the restaurant was closed. The Soar Valley is still flooded in places.

We returned to Loughborough and nipped into Caffè Nero for coffee.
