Amaryllis

Hubby T was given this pot plant and we are watching it shoot up. Hopefully it will flower on Christmas day. Good for my emergency blip!
Today has been another whirlwind of a day. Penni lost her driver's license in NYC and with all the road blocks out it's not worth taking a chance of driving. So I have been her taxi today as she buys gifts to take back, and have her hair done by her hairdresser from years ago.
We had a braai (BBQ) this evening, another request from her! Plus some red wine of course.
I was caught by load shedding this evening.. two hours earlier than I thought. Irritating.
