"I've already done it"

A day spent mainly sitting around the house keeping Owen occupied and feeling sorry for myself while Louisa rushed around sorting everything out. We popped into town briefly before a trip to McDonald's -where they 'were not doing' hot chocolate, McFlurrys, festive pies, or water?! and then forgot Owen's Happy Meal altogether.

A nice relaxed evening with the boys* with Owen helping to make mince pies for Father Christmas, to go with his Christmas mead, as well as a carrot for the reindeer and sprinkling some reindeer food in the garden*. I think he was a bit tired by the end and didn't want to pose with his Yoda mince pie.
