Boxing Day

We had a meeting with the Funeral Director this morning to sort out as many details as possible for Mum’s funeral.

After lunch MrMacD and I went to Kathmandu to my “Christmas present” - some summer trousers made from cotton and hemp.

There was a big thunderstorm, but it skirted around us, fortunately.  The temperature dropped 8degC in a very short space of time, then crept back up, then dropped back down again.  We felt sorry for all the people having picnics at the beaches in Mission Bay, Kohimarama and St Heliers.  It had been a lovely sunny morning, then in the afternoon - a thunderstorm.  Fortunately, most of them had tents, which provided some shelter.

I’m afraid it’s sky photos again for today’s blip (taken at 17:50, 21:07 and 21:18) as I didn’t have a chance to find something more interesting.
