A white Christmas. I should have seen this coming, with the wind so sharply cold yesterday, snow was bound to come. I think I was being skeptical about the weather, numb with all the disappointments and unexpected downturns of this year that I was doubting my very own instincts and succumbed to further abandonment of hope.

Still, it came and was lovely. I should still believe.
