Viaduct View

Out with J this morning, for a circuit in her car and with her driving. All fine, which is good.

I took this atop Thelwall Viaduct looking west. Close inspection reveals five bridges, three over the Manchester Ship Canal and two over the River Mersey. The other structures on the horizon - the former Fiddlers Ferry power station and the Unilever soapworks - will be demolished in the next year or so.
