KING COBRA

King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah); the largest of all the venomous snakes, males exceeding a length of 18 feet (not quite 6m); females are smaller....only 10-12 feet in length; eats primarily other snakes both venomous and non-venomous.  A resident of SE Asia.

This snake is quite beautiful. It's considered among the most venomous snakes in the world but its venom isn't the most powerful, it's the large amount of venom the snake can deliver that makes it among the most venomous.
