Reflections

The storm finally abated, and the golf course is slowly appearing as the flooded creek recedes. There were breaks of sun today, although it was damp and chilly. I was really tired today, and tried to be gentle with myself. It’s only been a week since the surgery after all.

I did go outside for two short walks. Saw many neighbors on my outing which was nice. Along the way I saw this puddle with the reflection of the Liquid Amber Tree that was growing near it. See the spiky seed capsules in the puddle.
