One day at a time

Slate

It is slate-grey this morning, and this pretty much sums it up. But I thought this was an interesting view of the river. We have wind over ‘tide’ today. The brisk wind is blowing up river from left to right against the flow of water from right to left. (It’s nowhere near tidal here.) Resistance builds up into wavelets which makes for rough water. I used to do a lot of sailing and always treated wind over tide with caution.
