Sunflower seedhead

I have another cold, it came just as the first went.  I needed a few essentials so went to the supermarket in my mask as I didn't want to spread it around.

Just after I arrived back, my brother M and J called to see me after visiting my son and familt in Oswestry.  They obviously didn't want to risk my germ laden house so we had a quick chat on the doorstep.  Better safe than sorry.

It's been damp and grey today so not good photography weather but I liked the shapes in this sunflower seedhead.  I leave a lot of my plants over winter as it's good for the wildlife.
