Just Ducky

The sun made a few appearances today pushing the temps to an amazing 45F. It was too nice to hang around the house so I grabbed MrsP and my camera and went for a short drive. We stopped along the river visiting three different spots: in Augusta, Hallowell, then Gardiner. Seagulls, mallard ducks and floating chunks of ice were the main attractions • Our new heated birdbath arrived so I set that up. Sadly our other one stopped working after only three winters. Don’t you love that built in obsolescence? It’s so wasteful and costly • Our birdies will be happy to have it back • Only one more December day to go, then a brand new year begins. It’s hard to believe! • Quack-Quack!
