There’s always one

The light in the dining room is now up and working but it took most of the morning to finish the job, my mr perfect is very thorough at DIY.
After lunch we ventured down to the retail park, the queues of cars were horrendous but once parked up the shops weren’t too bad. Someone in the homeware department had decided to make a nice word with the wooden letters, there’s always one!!
A drive over to mum and dad’s late afternoon. We had a delicious takeaway followed by lemon meringue pie, I’m now very full and ready for my bed.
