Go one's dinger

dinger (pronounced ding-er) In some parts of Scotland to go one's dinger means to lose one's temper or to do something enthusiastically: Fred went his dinger about juggling with I put the chips and beans in the oven

I forgot (!) to take my camera with me when I went into London to work today. So here's a home blip with an obliging Fred. Not much to report today. It poured rain and forced the guinea pig trio indoors for a hay day. The tomatoes look well and truly dead - boo, hiss, boo. It's probably a bit late to plant some more, but I'm stubborn so I might try anyway.
