Happy New Year from on High

So we actually experienced a version of the downtown New Year celebrations here in Fort Worth. After a walk down to the area in the picture where everyone gathered we spent the rest of the time with the family watching and listening to the live action and then probably the most amazing view of a fireworks display I have ever seen from our vantage point in the Condominium. The lights on the building are all purple as earlier in the day the Fort Worth University where I will be doing my Masters had a huge sporting win. Their football team won their playoff game to go to the National Championship game by 52 points to 45. The school’s colours are purple! Good time with family - Happy New Year to you All!!
