New year's cheers

We had Mom, Dad, and Mike round for a New Year's dinner -chicken & leek pasta bake followed by chocolate key lime pie- and for a chat and catch up...like we hadn't been together since Boxing Day. 


I want to set myself some, hopefully not hard, targets for 2023:
— more books (2022: 0)
— more live music (1)
— more comedy (0)
— more dates (4)
— more races (3)
— time with friends (2)
— more matches (3)
— a visit to the Grand Old Lady, Goodison (0)
— fun
— spontaneity 
— more making the most of the opportunities that come along because you don't know what's around that next bend.
