The sunny side of the river

I managed to catch it in fleeting sunshine. I was going to give you a tirade about standing in queues, waiting for prescriptions and failing to post a package at a central post office that doesn't utilise their self-service machines because they "don't have staff to supervise them." Instead I'm sipping on an ambient brew and all my rage has been assuaged.  Thank heaven for beer!
