Gushing

A funnel for the run-off water at the old Calverton pit. Enzo loves this route and did much sprinting around. Also enjoyed seeing the many MTB single tracks cutting across the path out of and back into undergrowth.

Got talking to a really nice guy who used to be a roadie chef for artists on tour, including George Michael.  Since the pandemic he cooks private dinners, the last being for a member of Mumford & Sons on NYE; they were his favourite to tour with.

Very lethargic (and a bit achy) today, especially following my 3.5 mile dog morning walk. It's as expected following pilates; a pleasant post exercise feeling
