On the beach

My first reasonably decent walk since before Christmas.  I drove to the small car park near the visitor centre at Cley intending to walk out to the beach and back but ended up doing the full circuit along the beach to the larger car park and back via the beach road and visitor centre, about four miles in all.  The tide was low so I was able to walk along the sandy edge next to the water which is a lot easier than walking on the shingle.

Lots of birds around and as the light was fading towards the end of the walk hundreds of geese were flying over to get to their overnight roosts; quite a sight to see (and hear).
