Into The Wind and Sun

Blustery wind all day but at least it kept the rain at bay. Walked the canal towpath, had to be content with the usual turn around point for me while Mrs A S and the dogs went a bit further. The wind and sun combination made for a good day for drying the washing.
Went to my physio appointment (gone a week longer than usual) much needed, feeling much better this evening.
My battle with technology continues with the disappearance of my step counter from my phone along with all its history   :-(
