There is a TV ad by someone called "Trinny" something goes on about little pots of joy.We these are my little pots of "pain relief" ! 1150 steps today I should make it to the main road before the weekend! Ribs a bit sore to day as I have a dry tickle in my throat so "Teddy" has had a busy day.
