Flax flower with raindrop

Late afternoon jog. Water oozed out of the clouds and despite my best intentions an unseen drop on the lens appears to hove over the tree behind the flax.

Tui laughed and called to each other while remaining invisible to me. I spotted one at the top of a leafless tree. My hands were a little chilled and despite trying no photo was good enough to oust the flax flowers from being today's blip.
