Galette des Rois

This is my attempt at what I understand is a popular French recipe for a dessert to be enjoyed on January 6th. It looks a mess (!) but then I'm not a pastry cook! In transferring it from the preparation sheet to the tin ready for the oven I caught and tore the base with the tool I was using to lift it up and consequently the innards have spilled out during cooking! But it tasted really nice. (You'll have to look the name up to discover the ingredients.)
