We would like to take the opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year and a warm welcome to new blippers who have joined us recently. 


If you’re new to Blipfoto:

Hopefully, you’re starting to find your way around!  Our biggest tip? Please don't be shy!  Make sure you go along and say hello to other blippers. Some love a chat and others just enjoy dropping by and leaving a stars or hearts.

If you’re trying to become more involved, start by checking out recent posts and looking out for types of photos you're interested in. Leave some comments telling them why you like their journal entry. If you find someone to connect with, remember to follow them so you see their photos in future - it's highly likely they will respond and follow you back. 


If you’ve been blipping a while:

We always like to remind people to encourage our new blippers and help them find their feet. Please do try to take a look now and again at our New Blippers area and leave some encouraging comments.


Looking for more interaction?

A while ago, we offered a suggestion to encourage those who want it, to chat more on Blipfoto.  So, if you're a chatty blipper or would welcome more chat on your journal, try tagging a single entry #BlipChat to help people find you and help you discover more like-minded people.  

Please tag just one entry so people can find you and then, if you decide in future, you have less time, you can easily edit your entry and remove the single tag.
