~Smoke In The Sky~

~Beauty In Adversity~

There is a forest fire some where up north and the prevailing winds are blowing the smoke to the southwest. As bad as this is there is an upside to the conflagration, the wonderful swirls of smoke making a gorgeous sunset. The oranges and reds here are from the sun and smoke combining, not from the flames as the fire is probably a hundred miles to the north and I'm shooting to the west.
