New shoots

The Blackthorn down the lane is showing little patches of greenery in the hedge and the daffodils by the signpost are opening and showing their colour.

Sad start to the new year - three people who live locally have died and another seriously ill.   T and B are bedding up the cattle this morning.

A dark windy and  blustery day again, but at least we havn't got snow and ice - yet .... it is mild here at the moment.
