Thinking spring colour

Managed a trip out today. Needed petrol in the car, dog food and bird food from the farm shop.
Was looking for something to blip and the seed packets caught my eye, so I bought the poached egg and poppy ones to add to my stock (behind them) ready for spring sowing.
You get the odd day when the sun shines and encourages you, then like today it rained all morning and you feel like there is still weeks of winter to go.
Miraculously I managed to walk the dogs in the dry this morning.
