Bombardment

I hope the weather today is better for you wherever you are. It's gone back to March down here - heavy rain, strong winds (had to bring in the plants from the steps as they were blowing over) and it's really cold again. I've even put the heating on to warm the house up a bit.

The picture is our small pond with the raindrops hammering down into it. The poor tadpoles are probably cowering at the bottom somewhere, while the newts must be taking pot luck when they come up for a gulp of air. The rain is certainly battering the plants.

Perhaps it will be warmer and drier tomorrow.
