It's Flower Friday!

It's Flower Friday and it may be Friday the 13th but the sun is shining! The blue skies gave me the energy to tackle some of the post Christmas sorting out before I took some shots of these sunny daffodlils. Well actually one daffodil in bloom and the rest remaining tightly in bud. This afternoon it was our turn to collect Violet from school and it was pleasant to do so in sunshine (ish) although the rain is due to return tonight.  During the Summer, I lamented the drying out of local ponds but now they're overflowing.
