A Brief Glimpse of Sun

Another windy day, but the rain kept off after 9 and so I managed to get two lots of washing done and dried outside. The sun briefly made an appearance mid afternoon and I took the opportunity to get a photo of one of the blue tits perching in the hedge before visiting the feeders that I'd just filled up. A few odd jobs done around the house this morning. Then this afternoon I watched Enola Holmes 2 and a couple of episodes of The Crown (I much preferred the earlier series). Although thankfully we've escaped the very heavy rain and awful floods there have been in the west and north, it's only half way through the month and we've already had more rain than the monthly average.
