Air Fryer Steak

Haven’t done much today. Ian headed off to London ready to fly out to the Netherlands tomorrow.  I had to miss ringing and UNO as I am an old crock still but I did at least make a nice steak in the air fryer. It is my new favourite way to make steak and perfect when you can’t do much as you just pop it in and leave it to cook itself.

Thanks for all your good wishes for my poor old back. I hope normal service will resume before too long!
