Dusk

Went into Ilkley to pick up the curd tart fro Betty’s that  l had ordered earlier.
Then drove to Boroughbridge to see my brother and his wife,
Found him looking very well and in good spirit.
His operation is scheduled for Wednesday but there is a nurses strike that day so it may be cancelled.
We enjoyed the curd tart very much.
I left in time to try and get home before it got dark.
As soon as l got home l did my walk, got up to the railway station at dusk and got my blip.
Did the rest of the walk in the dark .
Not been in long when Rebecca called in on her way to drive into Leeds to get Verity and Kitty from ballet.
She had time for a coffee first and we booked some theatre tickets online for later in the year while we both had our diaries.
We had so much to talk about l decided to go along for the drive so have only just got back.
