Snow!

This is our first snow of the season.  It came as a heavy shower this morning and blotted out the sun.  Not being used to a lot of snow and ice, the town was in chaos and the roads were littered with accidents. By the afternoon the fields were showing their greenery again. (See extra photo.)
Hopefully tomorrow it will have gone as I have my check-up at the hospital with the surgeon!
