I shan't bother washing it it's intended for use with a baby, so I suspect will acquire worse stains than this quite quickly!

This has been the main activity of the day.  But we did book a hotel for an overnight stay next week in the south - we are going to revisit the house we are buying, and chat to the vendor - we have a number of questions, especially regarding how best to control the geothermal underfloor heating.  We'd also like to know where the geothermal pipes run in the garden - we don't want to damage them when we plant trees and site a pond!
