Black Beauties

I think these are called black tulips - not sure though! They were grown from bulbs that were passed on to me by Mum. I generally like more colourful flowers, but these are rather special I think.

I had a walk down to the shop late this morning and got rained on, but it was less cold than earlier. I had a Tesco delivery today, but prefer to get my bread at the local shop! This afternoon is quite sunny and windy and I decided not to go out for a walk as my leg is still playing up today. Have managed not to take painkillers so far though.
