Splat

A heavy slap of sleet against the 'picture' windows obscured the view for a while. With scurrying blustery winds and the temperature hoovering around freezing its decibel not a great day for being outside. 

I had a great consultation with my homeopath ; great advice for the whole 'me'. 

Another day of patience; tomorrow is a red letter day and I'm really hoping to shed the cast at last.
