Marmalade

I haven't been able to find any Seville oranges so far this year.  It looks like I might have to fall back on a can of pre-prepared oranges, although that seems to be cheating and removes part of the fun of making marmalade myself.  This is thin cut as well, and I prefer my marmalade chunky.

I'll wait a while just in case the oranges are arriving later this year.
