Second thoughts

I rescued these two little dolls from the charity shop bag. Do I really want to get rid of them? They are a souvenir from a holiday in Guatemala a few years ago. They are just four inches high and have a magnet on the back so they could be used as fridge magnets. The fabric is typical Guatemala. There were so many lovely souvenirs in Guatemala that i brought home many treasures, especially fabrics. But do I really need these little dolls?
I made an old fashioned beef stew for lunch today, cooking the meat very slowly for three hours. Even after this long cooking, the meat was a bit tough, rather dispiriting.
