Time to go

We left our party house this morning after three heart warming days. It was so good to be with Cliff and his family for his birthday celebration . The final event took place last evening when all ten of us wrapped up well on a bitterly cold evening and huddled round the fire pit seen in the Blipfoto . We enjoyed a quiz, and stayed out there until 10pm! (See extra))
Set off this morning for the long trek east. Some confusion around the motorways near Exeter meant we had to come home on the tedious M4. The new route took us near son J’s home so we called in to see them. They had family visiting and we met baby granddaughter Evie as well as our lovely grandsons George and Jake. A good finale to a happy few days.
