S:t Petri - S:t Peter

A lot of music events spins around me at the moment, todays concert was in a town almost 400 km north of Kalmar, called Västervik (west bay), a coastal, old city with a huge church called S:t Petri. I believe the apostel we call Petrus is the same as the English Peter.

Bengt and myself did an hour long concert with Evert Taube music in S:t Petri church this evening, a strange choice of room for a concert with a guitar and a singer. The acoustics were huge and it took us a while to get used to it. The sound of us was coming from speakers everywhere and it was hard to know which sound to listen for. We made it and the near 100 people in the audience sang along and seemed happy. So were we, mostly.
